Who is responsible

This website
Analytics: this site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-KB5C6XDBW8) with Google Consent Mode v2. Analytics storage is denied by default; measurement cookies and identifiers are not written unless you consent. When analytics runs it collects pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address (not stored), referring URL, device and browser type, and anonymous interaction events, used only to understand aggregate usage.
Fonts: pages load IBM Plex Sans and Oswald from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those files from Google when a page loads.
Waitlist: if you join the waitlist we store your email address with our email service, Resend, solely to tell you when Hustle TV launches. One announcement email; removed on request. No marketing lists, no resale.
This website itself holds no accounts and takes no payment directly — purchases, when open, are handled by Paddle as merchant of record (see Payments, below).
Hustle TV Studio (the application)
Your channel, vault, schedule, branding and media stay on your Mac in your own files and a local database. The application has no analytics and sends us no usage data. It stores your YouTube credentials, stream keys and licence key in the macOS keychain; they are never sent to us.
Trial: when you start the trial the application sends our licence service a random installation identifier so we can count trials and keep the 14 days honest across reinstalls; no email address is sent. Licence: activation is verified on your Mac; the application may periodically check with our licence service whether a licence key has been refunded, sending only the key's identifier.
YouTube: if you connect YouTube, you sign in with Google and the application talks to YouTube's API on your behalf to create and manage your live broadcast; Google's privacy policy and YouTube's terms apply to that connection. Updates: the built-in updater contacts our update host with your platform and application version.
Optional AI engine: if you turn it on, it runs entirely on your Mac and sends nothing to us; it downloads its models from the public Ollama registry.
Payments
Purchases are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited as merchant of record. Paddle collects your payment and billing details under its own privacy notice; we receive your email address, the transaction and licence identifiers, and the country used for tax, which we keep in our licence service for as long as your licence exists plus seven years for tax records.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent at any time by emailing support@hustletv.app. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). We keep waitlist addresses until you unsubscribe or we launch; trial identifiers for the life of the licence service; we do not sell personal data.
